Our Ez-Change™ (Easy Change) series is a proprietary products that solves filter cartridge change-out concerns:
“time-consuming filter replacement ”, “liquid spill-out and cleaning is troublesome during replacement”,

Filter cartridges can be replaced with a simple operation.

Since the liquid will remain inside the encapsulated filter cartridge, it eliminates the need to clean the housing and the use of cleaning solvent.

With a small clearance between the capsule and filter, liquid loss are also minimized.

ROKI TECHNO has conducted performance evaluation activities in a laboratory scale and expanded the lineup of filters suitable for the filtration of small-amount liquids.
Ez-Change™ XS filter cartridge and filter housing
The E-Change™ XS is an encapsulated filter cartridge characterized by same diameter as standard filters and overall length of 20 mm.
Features
- This product offers extremely low liquid loss compared to filters equipped with conventional housing and housing-free encapsulated filters and is most suitable for liquids that can be prepared by only small amount of sample or valuable liquids.
- Built-in filter design can be selected depending on the application. (Some types such as reel type are not subject to this design.)
- This product offers the withstanding pressure of 0.96 MPa (at 40°C) and most suitable for filtration of highly viscous liquids.
- This product has the same diameter as standard filters, making it possible to conduct the simulation after the scale-up.

Ez-Change™ XDES filter cartridge and replacement unit
Ez-Change™ XD smooth changer XDES is very compact filter replacement unit designed to attach and remove the encapsulated filter cartridge in a single operation. This product is suitable for the application that needs frequent replacement of filter, evaluation in a laboratory scale, and filtration of small-amount lots.
